The Sports Legends Experience brings major sports to a level in which every child can participate. Targeting children of all athletic abilities from three to eight years of age, KD+P is working with The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis to master plan and design experiences that promote physical activity and family interaction. All of the experiences are enhanced with information about how Indiana natives have contributed to each sport along with promoting a regional history experience. For example, Larry Bird at the basketball court to the Pete & Alice Dye-designed youth-scale golf course.
