KD+P worked with The Children’s Museum of Evansville to design and manage fabrication of their multi-cultural and highly interactive new gallery. We explored through multiple interactive activities the cultural similarities and differences of Evansville’s sister cities in Mexico, Japan, and Germany. The gallery focused on visitors ranging in age from two to eight, as well as their accompanying caregivers. Many hands-on manipulative interactive activities supplied the visitors with experiences of multi-ethnic customs from around the world — without leaving Evansville.
